 Our delivery time for all document preparation and filings is typically 45 days or less. Some states may take longer to approve the initial nonprofit formation, which can extend the timeline. You will be informed every step of the way throughout the process.

State Incorporation Filing: Typically 1–2 weeks from Onboarding completion depending on the state. In some states this may be completed within just a few days.

EIN Assignment: Usually issued within 24 hours after the nonprofit has been approved at the state level.

Bylaws and Policies Creation: Typically completed within 1 week or less from Onboarding Completion.

501(c)(3) Application: IRS processing times vary and are outside of our control. We submit your application as soon as your state filing is approved and your documentation is complete. Approval timelines depend on the IRS review process.

Website Completion: Typically 3–4 weeks from Onboarding. Our team works diligently to complete each step efficiently while keeping you updated throughout the process.

Our 45 day preparation timeline begins once you complete our DFY onboarding form. This timeline may extend slightly depending on state approval times and how quickly required information is provided.

Nope! We help nonprofits all over the US, regardless of which state you’re filing in. We'll handle the paperwork in accordance to your state’s specific requirements.

Yes. In most states you'll need at least 3 board members (Including yourself) to register a nonprofit. 3 board members is also an IRS requirement to become a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt organization. If you are starting alone, consider asking trusted friends & family members. Let them know its only for filing purposes and you'll easily be able to make changes once your organization is approved.

 Yes! We provide 24/7 email access for any questions or guidance in regards to the set up process until your nonprofit is fully established.

Please note this is NOT a Coaching Program. A lot of the questions that you may have about the Nonprofit space we've created a detailed course thats constantly being updated going over many areas of the nonprofit sector. This course is also included with all of our Done for you services.

All your filing fees are already included within the total price. The ONLY extra fee if applicable is the LONG FORM 501c3 application. If you believe your organization is going to generate more than 50K a year within your first 2 years, you'll want to file the LONG FORM which will be an additional $325 - This is not US charging you extra. Simply this is the price difference in the 1023ez form and the 1023 long form.

ALL CHURCHES MUST FILE 1023 LONG FORM 

If you're not sure how much you'll make it's okay to file the short form. which is included within our price. The IRS will not penalize you for exceeding 50K as long as you let them know during your annual 990 filing which you'll learn about within our course.
