Our Story
The Nonprofit Launcher was founded in 2022 with a simple but powerful mission — to make starting a nonprofit organization easier, faster, and more affordable for everyday visionaries.
What began as a small effort to help a few local founders quickly grew into a national movement. Using nothing more than a camera, a genuine passion for service, and a deep understanding of nonprofit compliance, we started sharing free, educational content on TikTok — breaking down the complicated world of 501(c)(3) formation into easy, actionable steps.
Those short videos sparked something big. Aspiring founders began reaching out from across the country — people who had the heart and the vision, but not the time or knowledge to navigate the paperwork and legal jargon. They didn’t lack passion; they just needed help turning their mission into a legally recognized nonprofit.
To meet that need, The Nonprofit Launcher developed a done-for-you service that handles every step of the process — from filing state and IRS paperwork to creating custom bylaws, policies, and compliance documents. At the same time, we built educational resources and digital downloads to empower founders to understand, manage, and grow their organizations long after launch.
In 2023, we expanded to YouTube, where our deeper, educational videos began reaching tens of thousands of people nationwide. Through both platforms, we’ve now helped thousands of founders transform their ideas into fully established 501(c)(3) organizations — all while saving them time, money, and frustration.
Today, The Nonprofit Launcher continues to grow as one of the nation’s most trusted and accessible nonprofit formation services — combining compliance expertise with a heart for impact. Our vision is bold but clear:

Meet The Founder
Timothy W. Wright II. I've always loved helping people and being in the position to serve. Within my 8 year time serving active duty in the United States Navy, I joined a nonprofit organization called the American Legion that completely changed my mentality and viewpoints about nonprofit organizations. Founding my first company in 2016 I’ve hit my head lots of times crossing the six and multiple six figure income level. The services and programs that we provide today are simply services and resources that I wish I had when I was coming up as an entrepreneur. We created the business model of providing and servicing for nonprofits because we recognized the value these organizations bring to their community but also how underserved these change agents are in the industry. Our goal is to help 50,000 people across the United States become more aware of nonprofits, business, and credit utilization in hopes that the information received would change their mindset and mentality about entrepreneurship and business allowing them to achieve heights that may be unfathomable for them without guidance.
