5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Stan Store (or other approved third-party processors). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount indicated for the selected Service. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Some Services may be offered through payment plans. You agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed plan.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is governed by the Refund Policy published on our website. Because our Services involve time-sensitive document preparation and filing, partial or full refunds are only issued according to that policy.
